Glass no Hana to Kowasu Sekai is easily one of the most beautifully animated anime movies to date. The story follows two anti-virus programs, Dual and Dorothy, who protect the back-ups which contain various times and location around Earth. Yes the story is somewhat confusing and strange but the scenery and the places that the anime takes you are enough to take your breathe away. The character designs are wonderful as always (as expected from A-1 productions) and the story and character development are just well paced and feel really good. What’s really intriguing, is that their computer generated world is also connected with the outside world and the story is just a really deep connection between all of the characters. It’s one of those stories where you get little bits and pieces of the story but they don’t really make sense by themselves and then at the very end they put it in chronological order and EVERYTHING just comes together.
