Active Raid’s first season was a train wreck and the second is just as bad. The first episode’s pacing was WAAAAAAAAY too fast. It showed what happened to the team members that left Unit 8, the new members that replaced them, a new terrorist attack, AND the return of Sena, with absolutely no transition in between. It was back to back, there’s no time to process any of the information whatsoever. These are really big moments that should be emphasized and backed up with emotional build up, but all of it was just thrown together into the first episode leaving speechless me because even at season 2 I still don’t understand the relationship that everyone has with each other. I can understand the newbies but Sena and Kuroki seem like they have a deep past BUT NONE OF IT IS EVER EXPLAINNNNNEEDDDDDDDDD. So if you didn’t watch season 1 DON’T WATCH THIS IF YOU KNOW WHAT’S GOOD FOR YOU. AND EVEN IF YOU DID, SKIP SEASON 2 YOU’VE SUFFERED ENOUGH.
