I’m going admit it now, I only knew Saiki of J-Stars+ and honestly, I was so confused because I had no idea who he is but now that I’ve watched the anime, I’m so glad they put him in J-Stars+!! He’s simply too OP!

Story:

There really isn’t a story, we just follow Saiki in his day to day life with his friends, which can be troubling at times. What makes this show so great is the comedy, You will never laugh so much in just a mere 5 minutes!!

Artwork & Animation:

The artwork and animation aren’t super fancy but only because Saiki wills it to be! He wanted an ordinary life right?? Then ordinary artwork and animation it will be! Jokes aside, the plain art kinda works, the show was never about the animation anyway, it’s all about the characters and the comedy!

Character(s):

All the characters were phenomenal even if they only showed up for a few seconds, they were in some way funny! And of course Kokomi Teruhashi is the best girl, there is no denying it! Character development wise, there is a lot more than I anticipated! We get quick snippets of back story for everyone, but it was concise and clear enough for us to still understand the character!

Sound (OST & Voice Acting):

My favorite OST is whenever Kaidou goes on a chunni rant and in the background you hear “JUDGEMENT KNIGHTS OF!!”. I lose it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The OP is also stuck in my head, and, if you don’t mind, I’m going to go ahead and buy it, RIGHT NOW.

Enjoyment:

I absolutely loved every single second of watching Saiki, there was never a dull moment in the anime! You know what? I might just go ahead and marathon it before New Years! Just for the heck of it!!

Overall: Score 10

Of course, this is a masterpiece, I highly recommend this to anyone whether you are a newbie or a veteran everyone will love Saiki!! And let it be heard now! Season 2 has been announced so they’ll be back for more!!!
