The story of Koi to Uso is about Nejima Yukari, a 15 turning 16-year-old boy in a world where everyone gets assigned to a marriage partner on their 16th birthday. But of course, our main character is all about true love and wants to confess to his true love before he gets assigned to another person. Koi to Uso is quite an interesting one. There’s this imminent darkness somewhere in the background, covered by the flashy and cute artwork. As cute as Misaki (Nejima’s true love) is, I’m more curious about Lilina (Nejima’s assigned partner), she looks like she has a lot going on. It’ll definitely be interesting to see how the plot develops, there’s something fishy going on and the mystery is going to eat me alive.
