If you want to get the full experience of the first episode, I’m going to say TRUST ME and just go and watch it without context. If you’re not that adventurous then read my plot summary!

Plot (In my own words):

Sakura Minamoto is your typical high schooler who dreams of being a famous idol. With an audition envelope in her hand, she rushes out the door only to be meant with an unfortunate fate. However; she wakes up again as a zombie and forced into an idol group named Zombieland saga. Will she be able to deal with this ad-hoc idol group while being the only one with a conscious?

Recommendation:

Honestly, this anime could go either way. It’s very out there with the zombie and idol combination. I’d say yes if you love the idea of zombie idols and if you’re looking for something new and fresh to watch. No, if you don’t like horror, cause there were one or two jump scares and who knows how many more.
