“Having lost her mother at a young age, Misha Takanashi, a second grader with Russian blood, now lives with her Japanese father. Tsubame Kamoi, formerly a Self‐Defense Force officer, comes to the Takanashi household as a housekeeper. This is a home comedy where Kamoi, a hardcore lolicon, attempts to get near Misha as she tries to fight against her.” -MAL News

Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru! is something I’ve needed for a while now, a hilarious comedy with eccentric characters and great art! I haven’t laughed this hard at an episode since Himouto Umaru-chan! The animation goes way beyond what it needs to be, every movement is smooth and fluid. Tsubame Kamoi is so buff and I think that’s an awesome combination with her clingy yet dedicated personality. The lost of Misha’s mom right at the beginning of the story foreshadows a scene about Misha opening up about her mother’s passing, so there is an emotional aspect that we’ve yet to see in the show. I’m really excited to see what Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru! has in store!
