The second season of Gyakuten Saiban: Sono “Shinjitsu”, Igi Ari!

First Impression:

While I did have some hope for this new season to redeem itself. It only took 5 minutes for me to be disappointed and realized that I would have to suffer another 23 episodes of pain. I loved the game and I’m glad it’s getting an adaptation, but the way it’s being handled is just not right (I don’t blame CloverWorks as they’re probably putting all of their effort on Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai).

I’m going to be honest here, I’m only continuing the anime because I happened to watch the first season. The first season wasn’t my cup of tea, the horribly face pacing, poor animation, and other factors really killed it for me. If you haven’t seen the first season, you can check out my review of it here. Otherwise, I would watch something else!
