First Impression:

After a number of people have been talking about Nami yo, Kiirtekure, the show did pique my curiosity enough to make me cave. Guess we’re going in blind boys and girls!

Well…that one way to start a radio show!

I’m honestly, surprised at how good the animation is for the show. Actions, while imaginary, are really well done. If the scenes of them in the radio studio weren’t shown, I would’ve thought that this was a different show! I also love the character of Koda Minare (pictured above) and her personality and the energy that she brings to the show!

I love the opening and the graphics throughout, it’s abstract but still relates back to the radio theme that is prevalent throughout the show.

I love the dialogue of the show (well duh Kirito, it’s about a radio show after all…) and I’m really excited to see more! It’s interesting to see how the radio stations, that we listen to, are actually aired! I think this will be an interesting one to “tune” into!

Recommendation:

YES

Aside from the Minare’s dynamic personality, the show features an interesting cast of character, whom we’ve yet to see much of. The art is iffy overall but has moments here and there. Personally, I have a gut feeling that this will be an interesting watch and will stand out in this season. Whether you also trust my gut and give it a try is up to you!
