Hinamatsuri (First Impression)

Almost missed this one! I got really interested in Hinamatsuri after seeing a small clip of episode two and I knew I had to go back and watch it!
Plot (In my own words):
Nitta, a member of the Yakuza as well as a fan of vase collecting, has an eventful encounter…a strange cocoon-like object falls upon his head and inside was a young girl named Hina. She possesses strange powers like Telekinesis, which caused a lot of problems for Nitta as his entire vase collection was destroyed by said girl. If Hina doesn’t use her power regularly she risks the chance of going berserk and destroying the world. And thus began the daily struggle of Nitta and Hina’s lives together.
Recommendation:
Hinamatsuri brings back that good slapstick comedy that we’ve been craving. Sure cute girls doing cute things is great but tie that with a yakuza dad character and an oblivious yet super powerful young girl there’s no telling what kind of situations they’ll get themselves into and we’ll be laughing with them from the beginning to the end.
