First Impression:
Just watching the trailer for Kakushigoto had me really intrigued. While simple, the art had a really nice color palette that’s aesthetically pleasing.
I love the overall neutral coloring with added pops of colors on different things like the trees and the roof.
WE’RE NOT EVEN HALFWAY THROUGH THE SHOW AND I’M ALREADY CRYING LOL!!!
SOMEONE COME GET THEY MANS!
Now I’m crying but for a different reason, I love the relationship that they have!
Recommendation:
YES
You really can get any cuter and than Kakushito. A fun comedy about a father hiding his lecherous manga day job from his innocent and sweet daughter. The artwork has great moments even if it is simple. There’s no doubt that this show will be heartwarming and very endearing. I’m a sucker for shows like this so I’m looking forward to seeing more!
